Maverick Farms retains the right to cancel any program with 30 days notice for any reason. Maverick Farms agrees to use reasonable effort to fulfil all CSA program commitments on the agreed upon date, but Customer understands that farming is not an exact science and can be unpredictable. If Maverick Farms cancels a program for any reason not related to the Customer they agree to refund any money the Customer has paid for product not already in possession of the Customer. The Customer may cancel the program at any time but refunds/waiver of remaining fees may or may not be issued at the discretion of Maverick Farms. If it is decided that a waiver of fees is not applicable the Customer will be charged the full amount of their recurring invoices on the Due Dates of each invoice. All invoices will be billed on the 1st of each month and are due within 7 days. The CC on file will be used as payment method on the Due Date unless the invoices are manually paid by the Customer. If the Customer chooses not to authorize the charging of their credit card or does not have a credit card they can choose to pay 50% of each month upfront as a deposit on their chosen program. The Customer understands the programs are a commitment and prices are based on that commitment. The Customer recognizes the additional options available to them for one-time purchases if a commitment program is not ideal. The Pickup date for all programs will be the middle of each month and will be set by Maverick Farms and communicated to the Customer within a reasonable time. The Customer agrees to pickup their product on the stated Pick-up date and may be charged storage fees if Maverick Farms stores the product for any length of time past the Pickup date. The Customer understands that the contents of the program boxes are entirely dependant on the season and availability of the different products Maverick Farms produces. Maverick Farms does not guarantee the type of or quantity of individual products, only the final weight of the box chosen by the Customer. Maverick Farms agrees to attempt to satisfy any/all substitution requests sent 7 days prior to Package Dates but the Customer understands there is no guarantee of the ability of Maverick Farms to do so. The Customer understands by committing to a program they are acknowledging their agreement to the terms outlined here.
